BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located between West Main Street and Riverfront Parkway, and between Carter Street and Chestnut Street. Lots 6-17, 29-35, and part of lots 4, 5, 18, 19, 28, and 36-39, South Chattanooga Land Company's Addition to Chattanooga, as shown by plat of record in plat book 4, page 27, ROHC; lot 1, Resubdivision of Combustion Engineering a Part of Tract No. 1, as shown by plat of record in plat book 29, page 187, ROHC; lots 1 and 2, Townson Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 37, page 379, ROHC; several unplatted tracts; part of Fort Street; and part of West 19th Street. Said lots, parts of lots, unplatted tracts, and parts of streets form one tract beginning at the intersection of the southwest line of West Main Street with the southeast line of Carter Street, thence southeast with the southwest line of West Main Street to the northwest line of Chestnut Street, thence southwest with the northwest line of Chestnut Street to the northeast line of Riverfront Parkway, thence northwest with the northeast line of Riverfront Parkway to the southeast line of Carter Street, thence northeast with the southeast line of Carter Street to the southwest line of West Main Street, the point of beginning. Tax Map No. 145K-C-7-12, 145K-D-7-19, 145K-E-2, and 145K-F-1, 1.1, 2, and 3. from M-1 Manufacturing Zone and R-3 Residential Zone to C-3 Central Business Zone. SECTION 2.
